Global Service Center

The Orchestria Global Service Center (GSC) provides round-the-clock technical assistance for our customers. Remote support from the GSC can be augmented by site visits from Orchestria technical consultants.

The GSC operates a single incident-management system. All incident-tickets are managed using agreed upon prioritization and escalation procedures. Reports are produced for internal and external monitoring and control purposes. In addition, Orchestria conducts periodic reviews to discuss performance and suggest improvements.

Software Maintenance

Corrections, maintenance releases, revisions and new versions are included in Orchestria maintenance pricing.

Relationship Management

Orchestria's objective is a successful long-term relationship with every customer. Orchestria's sales team members act as account managers retaining ongoing responsibility for the maintenance of each relationship.
