At Orchestria, we believe that no solution can truly prove itself until it accurately identifies violations within your actual data. That's what our Proof of Concept (PoC) does: it proves that Orchestria can deliver information protection and control for message, web and file activity in your unique environment.
What is Proof of Concept?
PoCs are conducted under a strict non-disclosure agreement and can be held at your facilities, or at the nearest Orchestria location. For every PoC, we will:
- Take up to one million of your e-mail messages and or files
- Agree upon the set of Orchestria policies which will be utilized
- Apply those policies against your e-mail messages and files
- Produce an executive report that reveals and isolates your areas of exposure and operational risk
Any of the over 300 policies within the Orchestria Policy Catalog can be selected for your PoCs. Among the most requested policies are the following:
- PII
- NPI
- IP
- PHI
- Information boundaries
- Gifts and Entertainment
- Frontrunning
- Insider Trading
